The culmination of an initiative that educates and raises the environmental awareness of young people using Robotics, as well as highlighting their role in promoting sustainable development.
Of around 100 students, 25 wanted to test the result of this experience, which combines creativity, technical competence in the field of programming, knowledge about water, the water cycle and its sustainable consumption, as well as critical reflection on the problems around this issue.
As part of the Water Game – Contest, 3 games stood out, devised by students from the 5th and 6th years of the Basic Education Schools at Perafita (Matosinhos) and Argoncilhe (Santa Maria da Feira) and Instituto Nun’Alvres (Santo Tirso) – who were awarded an advanced programming course.
The games created are available for consultation (and fun!) here.
