Team Leader (m/f) – Angola
Main Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership in the implementation and management of the project in Namibe
- Oversee daily operations of water and sanitation utility services
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that project milestones are met
- Engage and liaise with stakeholders, including clients and local authorities
- Ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Report regularly to senior management and relevant project stakeholders
What are we looking for?
- First Degree or equivalent in Civil/Water Engineering, Management, or a related field (post-graduate qualifications are a plus)
- Minimum 15 years of general experience in the water sector
- At least 10 years’ experience in managing water and sanitation utilities operations
- Experience in African countries (minimum of 2 years)
- Experience in Angola will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and working proficiency in English
