Commercial Manager (m/f) – Angola

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the commercial operations of the water and sanitation utility, ensuring performance targets and revenue collection goals are met
- Manage customer service activities, including billing, metering, complaints handling, and service quality
- Ensure the implementation of best practices in customer relationship management and commercial strategy
- Lead the optimization of commercial procedures, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Supervise the performance of commercial teams and provide regular reporting to project management
- Develop and implement strategies to expand customer base and improve payment compliance
What are we looking for?
- First Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Finance, Management, or Economics (post-graduate qualifications in a relevant area are a plus)
- Minimum 10 years of general professional experience
- At least 5 years’ experience in commercial management of water and sanitation utilities with no fewer than 10,000 customers
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in African countries
- Experience in Angola is an advantage
- Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and working proficiency in English
