Specialising in the management of water supply systems for human consumption and wastewater treatment, INDAQUA is currently the largest provider in the Portuguese water and sanitation concessions industry. Providing services that support the entire domestic water cycle, INDAQUA is also a global leader in terms of the most important indicator in the sector: the reduction of water losses in the supply network.
With a team of 750 employees INDAQUA manages the water and wastewater networks of cities such as Santa Maria da Feira, Matosinhos, Oliveira de Azeméis, Santo Tirso/Trofa, Vila do Conde, Barcelos, Marco de Canaveses and Paços de Ferreira, serving over 800.000 customers. It also provides water supply services in the regions of Muro and Alcúdia, in Majorca, Spain.
Through its subsidiaries Aqualevel and Hidurbe, INDAQUA provides operational support to water management companies, and ensures the management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of infrastructures.
INDAQUA extends its operations to Angola, through Vista Water, delivering engineering projects and technical advice in the water and sanitation sector. In addition to supporting the management of water systems, Indaqua provides engineering and technical consulting services to various companies in the sector, as well as to public entities.
