To promote the circularity of resources and make people aware of the total value of water, INDAQUA gave treated sludge (compost) generated in its Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) to the Centre for Environmental Monitoring and Interpretation (CMIA) in Matosinhos.

This way it will be possible to raise awareness – mainly in children and school-age youths – of the potential of using this WWTP by-product in sustainable agriculture.
